Manual Text Document Data Entry

I have a collection of text-based documents that must be keyed, line by line, into a structured spreadsheet template. Each character needs to match the original source exactly—no OCR, macros, or automated shortcuts—so the job is strictly manual data entry.

You will receive the documents in batches, along with a ready-formatted Excel sheet that shows the exact columns and order I need. After each batch is complete, simply return the updated file so I can review accuracy before releasing the next set. Clear, timely communication is important to me, and I will be available throughout the process if anything in the text requires clarification.

Deliverables
• One fully completed spreadsheet per batch, mirroring the text documents without errors
• A brief progress note after each batch so we both stay on schedule

Once the final spreadsheet passes a quick spot-check for completeness and correctness, the project is done. If you are precise, fast, and comfortable with repetitive typing work, this will be a smooth collaboration.
