I need all of my handwritten and printed notes turned into clean, well-structured spreadsheets. The job is purely text data entry, performed manually, and the final output must live in either MS Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer as long as the formatting stays consistent.
The source pages total roughly a few thousand individual lines. Each line has up to six text fields that must be typed exactly as written and placed in the correct column. Because the material includes abbreviations, mixed languages, and occasional special characters, absolute accuracy is critical; a single typo can change the meaning.
Deliverables
• A single Excel workbook (or shared Google Sheet) containing all records, with header rows and cell formats already applied.
• A brief change log noting any illegible entries you flagged and the decisions we made to resolve them.
Acceptance Criteria
• 99.9 % character-level accuracy verified by random spot checks.
• Uniform date, number, and text casing across every sheet.
• Completion within the mutually agreed deadline.
