Manual Text Data Entry Project

I have a mixed collection of handwritten pages, scanned PDFs, and native digital documents that all need to be keyed into a single, clean spreadsheet. Every character is text only—no numbers or formulas—yet accuracy is critical because the content feeds directly into a customer-facing knowledge base.

This is a strictly manual task. I do not want automated scraping, OCR exports, or any other shortcuts. A careful eye and fast, accurate typing skills are what matter most.

You will receive:
• A folder that contains the scans, photos, and digital text files.
• A simple Excel and Google Sheets template showing the exact fields and order to follow.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet with each source document transcribed in full and placed in the correct row.
• A short issues log noting any illegible words or missing sections so nothing slips through unnoticed.

Acceptance criteria:
• At least 99 percent character-level accuracy, spot-checked against random samples.
• Consistent formatting that matches the provided template.
• All files returned within the mutually agreed deadline.
