The task is straightforward: transfer batches of plain text and numerical values that appear in my internal software into an Excel workbook I will provide. Everything will be keyed in manually—no formulas, charts, or additional analysis required.
Because the figures feed a simple tracking sheet, basic accuracy is enough; a quick visual check after each row is fine, no extensive cross-referencing or validation routines are necessary. Just keep the formatting consistent with the template (date, product code, quantity, notes).
I will share screen grabs or short exports from the software at set intervals. After you’ve entered each batch, save the workbook with today’s date in the filename and return it so I can merge it into the master file.
Deliverable
• Updated Excel file containing all assigned entries, formatted exactly like the template and free of obvious typos.
If you’re comfortable with repetitive data work and can turn around small chunks on the same day, this will run smoothly for both of us.
