Manual Shopify Product Upload

I need help populating my Shopify store with items from several wholesale dealers. We will begin with my largest supplier by product count and move on to the others once the process is running smoothly.

Each listing has to mirror the supplier page in full: title, complete description, every specification and variant, SKUs, and all available photos. Prices must remain exactly as the supplier lists them—no markup added.

There’s no feed, CSV, or bulk-import tool available, so every product will be created directly in the Shopify admin panel. Accurate variants, clean formatting, and correctly assigned collections/tags are essential so customers can filter and search without issues.

If you’re comfortable with Shopify’s product editor, image optimisation, and basic on-page SEO fields, I’d like to hear how many products you can typically upload per day and see examples of similar manual work you’ve completed. Once we agree on a workflow I’ll share dealer logins and we’ll start with a small test batch before scaling up.
