Manual Scanned Text to Excel

I have a batch of scanned documents filled with text that I need transcribed by hand into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. The scans are legible but not OCR-ready, so every line of text must be keyed in manually, double-checked for spelling and punctuation, and placed in the correct column according to the simple layout I will share once we start.
Accuracy matters more than speed; I’ll be cross-verifying a sample of the rows against the originals before sign-off. When the file is finished I should be able to filter, sort, and run basic counts without fixing any alignment or formatting issues myself.
You will receive:
• PDF scans of the source pages (all text).
• A starter Excel file with headers and a brief example row.
You will return:
• The completed Excel workbook with every scanned page accurately entered.
If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive text entry from images, this will be a straightforward job. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifying questions so we can begin right away.
