JOB TITLE: Manual QA/Tester for Website Regression Testing
TIME COMMITMENT: ~20 hours/month, i.e., 2-3 days/month (initially)

We seek a manual QA/tester to conduct comprehensive regression testing on our company website. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in manual testing across platforms and browsers, ensuring high-quality performance on both web and mobile platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- MANUAL TESTING: Execute thorough testing, identifying bugs and issues across various platforms and devices.
- TEST CASE CREATION AND EXECUTION: Develop and maintain structured test cases, ensuring complete coverage of website functionalities and user interactions.
- REGRESSION TESTING: Check that recent changes have not affected existing features.
- CROSS-PLATFORM/BROWSER TESTING: Ensure a consistent user experience across major browsers and devices.
- UI/UX EVALUATION: Provide actionable feedback on design and usability.
- BUG REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION: Utilize tools like JIRA, Slack, and Google Sheets to document findings and collaborate effectively with the team.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- MANUAL TESTING EXPERTISE: Strong experience in manual QA processes and testing methodologies.
- PROFICIENCY IN TOOLS: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Bugzilla, Slack, and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
- TECHNICAL ACUMEN: Knowledge of functional and visual QA processes.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Ability to identify and document intricate UI/UX issues.
PREFERRED SKILLS

- Familiarity with mobile website testing.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder updates.
INITIAL COMMITMENT
