List Manager for Real Estate Investor

I'm looking for someone to MANUALLY source lists of pre-foreclosures, code enforcement violations, delinquent property taxes, etc.

I'm NOT looking for someone to pull lists from PropStream, DataTree or any other similar services. I can do that myself.

What I'm looking for is someone that has EXPERIENCE sourcing these lists DIRECTLY from the source (courts, code enforcement, etc.)... NOT from some 3rd party provider like PropStream.

You MUST be comfortable calling some of these places because some places don't respond to emails. So your level of English must be acceptable and you must have confidence in it.

In your response, tell me that you have the:
1. necessary experience sourcing these lists directly
2. your english level is acceptable
3. That you follow instructions and are detail oriented and I don't have to tell you things multiple times
