Manual PDF List Extraction

I need the list-style text pulled out of a set of PDFs and delivered in a clean, editable format. Automated scraping won’t work for me here—I’m after a careful, manual capture so any bullet hierarchy, numbering, or indentation stays intact.

While my priority is the text, if you come across embedded figures or icons I would like those saved separately as PNG files so the original layout remains easy to recreate later. No tables need to be touched.

Please return:
• A single DOCX or TXT file containing the extracted lists in the same order they appear in each PDF
• A companion folder with any images you lift, saved as PNG and named after the page they came from
