I need help transferring information out of a collection of digital PDF documents and keying it into the working file I will provide. This is a purely manual data-entry task—no automated scraping or conversion tools will work because the formatting varies from file to file. Accuracy and consistency are critical: every figure, word, and date needs to match the original PDF exactly and be placed in the correct field of the target sheet.

You will receive:
• A folder containing all source PDFs
• A template spreadsheet with clear column headings and a few completed rows as examples
• Simple written instructions for any edge cases I have already identified

What I expect back:
• The spreadsheet fully populated, double-checked for spelling, number transposition, and alignment with the source PDFs
• A brief note of any ambiguities you encountered so I can verify them quickly
