Manual PDF Data Entry

I have a batch of text-based PDF files that must be re-typed, word for word, into a clean digital format. This is a fully manual data entry task; no OCR, macros, or automated extraction tools are to be used because I need human accuracy and a careful eye on punctuation, line breaks, and any subtle formatting cues that appear in the source.

You will receive:
• A folder of the original PDFs
• A simple template (Word document) that mirrors the section headings and basic layout I need

Your job is to open each PDF, type the content into the template, preserve paragraph structure, and proof your work before submission. When a page includes footnotes, tables, or special characters, replicate them as plainly as possible and flag any uncertainties in a short comment at the end of the file.

Deliverables for each document:
1. The completed Word file named exactly as the original PDF
2. A brief confirmation note of pages processed and any issues spotted

Accuracy is the priority; I will spot-check at least 10 % of entries. Anything under 99 % correctness will be returned for revision. If you enjoy steady, detail-oriented typing work and can keep a consistent pace, this should be straightforward.
