Manual Online Form Data Entry

I have a collection of digital files—mainly PDFs and Word documents—containing a mix of textual details and numeric values that need to be keyed by hand into an online form. Everything must be entered manually; no scripts or auto-fill tools, please, because field-by-field accuracy is essential.

You will open each file, copy the required information exactly as shown, and submit it through the web form I provide. Before moving to the next record, double-check that names, dates, figures, and any special characters match the source document. I will share a brief set of validation rules so you know how to format numbers, handle blank fields, and flag anything that looks inconsistent.

Deliverables
• All assigned records fully submitted in the online form
• A simple completion log noting any entries you flagged for review

I review each batch for 100 % accuracy, so an eye for detail and patience with repetitive work are crucial. If this first round goes smoothly, I have additional files waiting. Let me know your turnaround time for roughly 200 entries and any prior experience you have with online form data entry.
