Manual Mixed Data Entry Project

I have a set of source documents that contain a blend of text and numerical information, and I need each item transferred carefully into the spreadsheet template I will share once we start. Because the content is mixed, accuracy in both wording and number placement is essential—mis-typed figures or skipped words will throw off later analysis.

You’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions on the column order, validation rules and any abbreviations that must be kept consistent. I’m happy to break the work into logical milestones so you can deliver batches, get feedback, and keep the quality high from the first row to the last.

Deliverable
• A fully populated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—your choice) that mirrors the layout I provide, with no empty required fields and no formatting surprises.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the supplied records entered.
• Text exactly as in the source, numbers preserved with original precision.
• No duplicate or misaligned rows; simple spot-checks should match source documents.

If you’re comfortable with repetitive but precise work and have a good eye for detail, I’d love to have you on this.
