Manual Database Data Entry

I have a set of records stored in a database that need to be transferred manually into our target spreadsheet template. The task is straightforward but demands accuracy and consistency—every field must match the source exactly, and any missing or unclear values should be flagged in a separate notes column.

What I will provide
• Read-only access to the database tables that contain the data.
• The spreadsheet format and field-mapping guide.

What I expect from you
• Careful, manual entry of each record with zero copy-paste errors.
• Basic validation: check for obvious duplicates, incomplete rows, and out-of-range values before saving.
• A short status update every 1,000 rows so I can track progress.
