Manual Data Entry to Web Form

I have a collection of mixed text-and-numeric records that I access through several online databases. Each record needs to be copied, field by field, into an online form that I will provide once the project begins. The work is entirely manual—no scraping scripts—so accuracy and consistency are paramount.

You’ll log into the source databases with credentials I supply, transpose every data point exactly as it appears, and submit each completed form for my review. To make tracking simple, the form automatically timestamps each entry, and I will audit the first batch to confirm that formatting, spelling, and number alignment are perfect. If anything is off, I’ll send feedback right away so we stay on course.

Deliverable: all database records entered into the live form, fully validated by me, with zero missing fields and consistent formatting throughout. Once everything checks out, I’ll sign off and release the final milestone.
