I have several stacks of paper records that need to be converted into clean, editable Office files. Everything must be typed manually—no automated scraping or OCR—because accuracy is critical and some pages contain handwritten notes. The source material switches between English and Hindi, so a naturally fast typist in both languages is essential.

Here’s what the job involves: you will receive high-resolution scans of each document, type the contents into the appropriate MS Office format (Word for text pages, Excel for tables, and occasionally PowerPoint when a page is clearly laid out as a slide), and return the finished files ready for my review. While the core task is straight typing, I also expect basic proofreading, consistent formatting, and proper file naming so I can retrieve everything quickly later. If minor clarifications are ever needed, prompt email communication will keep the workflow smooth.

Deliverables:
