Manual Data and Image Uploader

I have a backlog of three kinds of information that must reach our platform: text data, numerical data, and full CSV files. Alongside those records sit a collection of JPG/JPEG and PNG images that need to be paired with the right entries. Everything has to be handled by hand—no auto-scripts—so nothing slips through the cracks.

Before a single record is posted you’ll run a light data-cleaning pass: remove obvious duplicates, fix mis-aligned columns, standardise headers, check UTF-8 encoding, and confirm each image file name matches its corresponding row. Once clean, you will upload the data and images into the content management system I provide (credentials, folder map, and field layout arrive on day one).

Deliverables
• Cleaned text, numerical, and CSV files uploaded and visible in the CMS
• JPG/JPEG and PNG images uploaded to their proper directories and linked to the correct records
• A brief log noting issues found and the actions taken

Acceptance criteria
• All records import without validation errors
• Random spot-check of 20 entries shows 0 mismatches between data and images
• Log is clear, dated, and complete

Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets), basic image handling, and manual CMS/FTP uploads will help you move quickly, but meticulous attention to detail is what matters most here.
