Manual Contact Email Research

I have a spreadsheet of company names and their website URLs ready for you. For every company on the list, I need the main, publicly available contact email―the one that would typically appear on a Contact Us, About Us or Footer section. Please avoid personal staff addresses; stick to the general inbox that the company publishes for enquiries.

When an address is plainly shown on the site, simply copy it into the sheet. If it isn’t visible, run the page through Mailmeteor’s free Email Extractor (https://mailmeteor.com/tools/email-extractor) or any similar online tool and capture the first valid generic address it returns. Only move on when you have either recorded a working email or confirmed that none exists.

Deliverables
• Updated spreadsheet with one row per company containing: Company Name | Website URL | General Contact Email | Source Page/Tool used.
• All emails double-checked for correct spelling and format before submission.

I’m looking for accuracy over speed, so take the time to verify each entry. A short sample of 5 companies will be reviewed first; if everything lines up, you’ll receive the rest of the list immediately.
