Mandarin Translator Needed

Negotiation meetings between our UK company and a factory just outside Shanghai need smooth, real-time Mandarin ↔ English support over Microsoft Teams. The conversations revolve around manufacturing topics—production timelines, quality tolerances, pricing structures and shipment terms—so a solid grasp of technical vocabulary in this sector is essential.

During each session you will:
• Listen to both sides and provide clear, consecutive interpretation without losing nuance.
• Keep the pace natural so neither party feels rushed or left waiting.
• Clarify cultural subtleties when they affect the tone or intent of an offer or counter-proposal.

I expect you to preserve confidentiality and remain neutral while still helping both parties understand one another’s position in detail. Meetings occur once a month, typically 60–90 minutes, and are scheduled with at least one week’s notice. A brief written recap of key decisions or outstanding questions right after each call would be appreciated.
