Description
We supply Flooring to builders and developers in the Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver). We need a Mandarin-speaking freelancer to make outbound calls, build real relationships, and get us to the next step.
Your goal on each call
Book a meeting with the builder or decision-maker, or
Get their plans with material specs so we can prepare a quote
Scope of work
Call builders, developers and contractors in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam and surrounding areas
Hold friendly, professional conversations (not a hard-sell script)
Follow up on warm leads until they either book or say no
Log every call in a shared sheet/CRM: contact, outcome, next step, notes
Send us a weekly summary of what you're hearing from the market
Required
Fluent spoken Mandarin, plus good business English
Proven outbound calling or B2B sales experience
Comfortable with Canadian business etiquette and Pacific Time working hours
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good phone/headset
Attention to detail in record-keeping
Preferred
Experience in construction, building materials or trades
An existing network among Lower Mainland builders
