We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking freelancer to run a small, well-defined B2B outreach project for a Pakistan-based trade fair organizer (UFI member). The goal is to reach out to prospective official agency partners in China and collect clear responses.
Scope of work:
I will share 30 official agent contacts through our portal.
You will contact them and send our official introduction email/materials, which are already translated into Chinese.
You will verify and enrich each contact’s details (decision-maker name, role, valid email, phone/WeChat).
You will record each prospect’s explicit response: open to continuing communication, or opted out. This is the most important part of the job, as our database depends on it.
You will follow up with interested prospects to move them toward signing an Agency Agreement.
Deliverables:
Outreach completed to at least 20 of the 30 contacts
A structured log (spreadsheet) of every interaction: date, channel, contact details, response, status
Clear opt-in / opt-out status for each contacted prospect
Emails may be sent from your own email account, but you must keep us in CC on every email for tracking. (We will share the CC address with the selected freelancer.)
Required skills:
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Experience in B2B outreach, email campaigns, or lead generation
Strong attention to detail and organized record-keeping
Professional, polite communication with business contacts
Payment structure:
Base milestone: $20 USD on completing outreach to 20 of the 30 contacts, with verified enrichment and documented responses
Performance bonus: $10 USD for each signed Agency Agreement that results from your follow-ups
