My adjustment-of-status application has been unreasonably stalled by USCIS, and I am ready to compel a decision through a federal writ of mandamus. I need an experienced immigration litigator who can draft, file, and see the complaint through to resolution in the appropriate U.S. District Court, coordinating service on all required defendants and keeping me informed of each step on PACER.

Please bring proven familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1361, federal civil procedure, and the inner workings of USCIS. Prior successes in mandamus or delay-related APA suits will be especially persuasive.

Deliverables I expect:
• Review of my full case file and timelines to confirm ripeness and venue
• Draft and filing of the complaint and civil cover sheet via CM/ECF
• Proper service on DOJ, DHS, USCIS, and any other mandatory parties
• Ongoing status reports after each government response or court order
• Either a final agency decision or negotiated dismissal with approval in hand

The matter is focused solely on compelling a decision, not on challenging the substance of the eventual outcome. Once the agency acts, our engagement concludes.

If you can move swiftly, comply with all court rules, and communicate in plain language, let’s proceed.
