Managerial Accounting Strategy Support

I’m looking for an experienced accountant who specialises in managerial accounting to help me shape the financial planning and strategy for my business.

Here’s what I need:
• Analyse my current income statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports to uncover trends and red flags.
• Build a forward-looking budget and rolling forecast that I can refresh monthly.
• Translate the numbers into clear, data-driven recommendations I can act on—whether that means adjusting cost structures, reallocating resources, or timing key investments.

Deliverables should include an Excel or Google Sheets model with linked statements, scenario toggles, and concise commentary explaining the strategic implications of each scenario. Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ledger software will make integration smoother, but I’m open to whichever platform you prefer.

I’ll provide full access to historical financials and be available for questions over email or video calls. Accuracy, confidentiality and the ability to present complex data in plain language are essential. If you’re confident in turning raw numbers into actionable strategy, I’d love to collaborate.
