Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ManageEngine Consultants with hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, administering, and supporting ManageEngine IT management solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT infrastructure monitoring, endpoint management, or identity and access management using relevant ManageEngine products.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain ManageEngine products based on business and IT requirements.
Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Configure workflows, automation rules, service catalogs, SLAs, dashboards, and reports.
Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Monitor IT infrastructure, networks, servers, applications, and endpoints, depending on the product deployed.
Integrate ManageEngine solutions with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email systems, and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Support upgrades, patch management, system performance optimization, and product maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and configuration reports.
Coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
