Managed iGaming Email Campaigns

We are looking for a freelancer to handle our email marketing campaigns, potentially for long-term cooperation.

We operate in the iGaming industry and already have our own database of opted-in email addresses (100,000+). We also have an existing HTML promotional email design, but it may need optimization for deliverability.

We would like to start with a pilot campaign of 1,000–2,000 emails, or a larger volume if you recommend it, before scaling up.

Could you please clarify the following:

Pricing: What would be your total cost for the pilot campaign, including setup, sending, and any additional tools or subscriptions?

Deliverability: What inbox placement rate can we realistically expect, and how do you monitor and optimize it?

iGaming experience: Have you previously worked with casino or gambling-related email campaigns?

Domains: Do you provide sending domains, inboxes, warm-up, and replacements if deliverability deteriorates? Are these included in your price?

Volume and timeline: How long is the warm-up period, how many emails can you send daily, and what is the total campaign capacity?

Email design: Can you optimize or redesign our existing HTML email, including clickable promotional elements and affiliate registration links?

Payment: Is payment required upfront, split into milestones, or based on campaign performance?

Ideally, we are looking for a fully managed solution where we provide the email database, promotional content, and affiliate link, and you handle everything else.
