Manage Urban Outreach Program

Our organization is ready to roll out a fresh outreach initiative aimed squarely at low-income neighborhoods in the city, and I need someone who can take it from concept to completion without losing momentum. The program hinges on two core activity streams—

• Community events and gatherings
• One-on-one support and assistance

Everything else builds around those pillars. You will map the calendar, secure venues, recruit and brief volunteers, and keep tight communication with local partners, residents, and stakeholders. Day-to-day you might be drafting flyers in Canva, pushing updates through social channels, logging contacts in a simple CRM, or stepping on-site to make sure an event runs smoothly.

Clear, measurable output matters. I will sign off on:
• A concise program blueprint that spells out objectives, timelines, and resource needs
• A confirmed schedule of at least three community events with venues, permits, and promotional materials in place
• A contact log and follow-up plan documenting every individual reached through one-on-one support
• A short closing report summarizing engagement numbers, lessons learned, and recommendations for the next cycle
