I’m looking for a dedicated partner who can take over the day-to-day running of our BeSure Sainik Canteen Android app and the accompanying website (www.sainikcanteen.in). We operate a grocery-focused catalogue, and the workload is large enough—around 3,000 product images—that I need someone who treats this as an ongoing operational role rather than a one-off upload.

Here’s what I need handled:

• Uploading images: roughly 3,000 SKUs, continuously updated by replacing outdated photos with fresh, well-compressed alternatives (WebP/JPEG).
• Managing inventory: keep stock counts, variants, and pricing fully in sync between the app back-end and the web CMS so customers always see real-time availability.
• Customer support: respond to in-app and web enquiries, route any order issues to me when escalation is required, and record common questions to improve our FAQ.

Success for me looks like this: every product tile carries a crisp, current image; out-of-stock items disappear within minutes; and customer chats never sit unanswered for more than an hour during business time.
