I run a network of 150 Instagram accounts that exist solely to amplify short, user-generated videos. I need a detail-oriented partner who can keep the entire machine running smoothly—receiving the clips, preparing them for each page, and pushing them live on a consistent calendar without missing a beat.
All content you handle will be videos only, and every clip comes from real users, so a light touch in editing (simple trims, square or vertical formatting, and on-brand captions) is all that’s required. The goal is maximum reach and engagement while avoiding duplicate-content flags, so small variations in thumb, caption, or hashtag mix across the accounts will be important.
Day to day, you’ll log into the full roster of profiles, schedule or upload the queued clips, double-check that audio sync and resolution survive Instagram’s compression, and record performance metrics so I can quickly spot what’s working.
Deliverables I need to see each week:
• Every assigned video live across the 150 pages within the agreed posting window
• A concise spreadsheet export (or dashboard link) showing impressions, likes, saves, and shares per account and per video
• Notes on any account issues (flags, login problems, audience feedback that requires escalation)
If you already use tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or a comparable Instagram scheduler, let me know; otherwise, direct posting is fine as long as uptime is maintained. Consistency and accuracy are far more important than speed, but once you find your rhythm I expect most uploads to feel routine.
Let’s keep the workflow simple: I deliver the raw user videos, you keep the network humming.
