Malaysia B2B Sales Growth Representative

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales / Business Development Representative based in Malaysia to actively drive regional growth. Your primary objective will be outreach, lead generation, and converting Malaysian local companies into paid subscribers of the Katana Jobs Pro plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and initiate outreach to potential Malaysian businesses, HR departments, and hiring managers.

Pitch the features and benefits of the Katana Jobs Pro plan to business owners and decision-makers.

Guide interested leads through the registration and subscription process to successfully close sales.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide updates on target conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, cold outreach, or lead generation within the Malaysian market.

Strong network or understanding of local Malaysian businesses, SMBs, and corporate recruitment needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred).

Self-motivated and goal-oriented focus on performance.
