Malayalam Media Transcription Needed

I have several Malayalam media recordings—news clips, talk-show segments, and short documentaries—and I need each of them transcribed word-for-word in clear, well-formatted Malayalam text. Every file runs between 30 and 60 minutes and features a single speaker throughout, so speaker labeling is straightforward.

Here’s what I expect in the final transcript:

• Clean verbatim text that captures every spoken word, including fillers only when they carry meaning.
• Paragraph breaks that follow changes in topic or natural pauses.
• Time-stamps at 5-minute intervals so I can quickly locate any section in the original audio.
• Delivery in UTF-8 encoded .txt or .docx files.
