Malay & Indonesian Translation QA

I regularly receive business documents that have already been translated from English into Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Indonesia. Before they go to print or client delivery I need a sharp pair of native-level eyes to make sure the wording is accurate, terminology is consistent with corporate style guides, and the tone feels natural to local readers.
You will review the existing bilingual files (usually MS Word, Excel, or occasionally a CAT-tool package such as Trados or memoQ), correct any linguistic or formatting issues directly in the text, and jot a brief note explaining the major changes so my internal team can track patterns. If you prefer using tracked changes, that works fine.
Turnaround is important: a typical file is about 2 000 words and I’d like to know how quickly you can return polished copy without sacrificing quality. Familiarity with standard QA checklists (language accuracy, fluency, style, locale, consistency) is a plus.
Deliverables
• Clean, client-ready target-language file
• Mark-up or short QA report showing the corrections
The immediate priority is Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Indonesia, though if you are also comfortable reviewing Thai translations let me know for future rounds.
Please share a brief summary of your experience with similar business-oriented material and any relevant certifications when you respond.
