Malawi & Ethiopia Payment Testing

I need a few reliable on-site testers in Malawi and Ethiopia to help me evaluate our payment gateway against real-life local payment methods. The entire exercise focuses on how well our system handles those methods in production, not in a sandbox.

For Malawi the spotlight is on Mobile Money—think Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba. You will follow a short test script, initiate small-value live transactions that I fund in advance, note every prompt, latency spike, or error message, and then confirm whether the funds reach their destination intact.

In Ethiopia the brief is similar: carry out the local checkout flow we specify, capture each screen, and report the outcome in the same structured template.

Deliverables
• A concise spreadsheet (I’ll supply the format) with time-stamped steps, amounts, transaction IDs, and final status
• Full-resolution screenshots or screen recordings of each stage
• A short paragraph on anything that felt confusing, slow, or unexpectedly smooth

Acceptance is based on completeness of those artefacts and the ability for my team to reproduce your results in our backend logs. Turnaround is 24 hours once you receive the test funds and script.
