Make a text document look great!

I have a 13 page text document (in Pages) which I would like to use as a marketing instrument (PDF). Can you reformat the document, add graphics, images, photos (I will supply), colours (I have the colour codes from my website) etc. to make it look like a professional business document, but it also needs to be a little bit playful because the topic is humor. The style and colours need to match my new website which you will receive from me. You are welcome to use AI in the initial phase but it then needs your personal touch because it should not appear to be an AI document - I could do that myself. It would need to be completed within about a week and I would need unlimited revisions until I am happy. The final product needs to be delivered as an editable Pages document. I can create the PDF myself.
