I have a fresh Ubuntu server with full root SSH access and a registered domain that still needs its DNS records. I want to install Mailcow-dockerized from scratch and would like you to guide me step-by-step in real time—screen sharing while I run each command myself.
Together we will:
• Deploy and update the Mailcow stack on Ubuntu.
• Create and publish all required DNS records (A, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR) for the domain.
• Secure the installation with Let’s Encrypt certificates.
• Verify outbound and inbound mail flow, ensuring messages reach major providers’ inboxes without spam flags.
• Leave clear notes so I can maintain the server and add future domains or users on my own.
We’ll consider the job complete when webmail is accessible over HTTPS, Mailcow diagnostics show green across the board, and test messages to Gmail/Outlook arrive successfully. Let me know your earliest availability and any prep work I should handle before our session.
