Mailchimp Newsletter Setup & Import

I need Mailchimp fully ready so I can start sending out branded company-news updates on my own. I will supply a clean contact list; it just has to be imported and properly mapped into a single audience (or segmented if you see clear benefits).

Once the contacts are in place, I’d like an attractive, mobile-responsive template that mirrors our current look and feel—logo, colours, fonts, a headline block for company news, room for images, and a clear call-to-action. I only need this initial design and set-up; ongoing scheduling and content insertion will be handled internally.

Key deliverables:
• Audience created and contacts imported without duplication
• Branded template saved in Mailchimp, tested across major email clients
• Brief hand-off notes (or quick Loom video) showing me how to duplicate the template and send future campaigns

Please build everything directly inside my Mailchimp account, keeping best-practice settings for tracking, footer compliance and unsubscribe links. A smooth, same-day handover would be ideal so I can start communicating with our subscribers right away.
