Mailbird to Outlook Autocomplete Transfer

I need the email addresses that appear in Mailbird’s autocomplete list moved into the autocomplete cache of Outlook 365. Close to a thousand addresses are involved and both applications are installed on the same Windows PC, so you can work directly with their data files.

Please capture every suggestion that currently pops up in Mailbird’s “To/CC/BCC” fields and make those same addresses appear when I begin typing in Outlook. These are not saved contacts; they are the recent-recipient autocomplete entries, so the job may involve extracting Mailbird’s cache, converting it to a compatible format (CSV/NK2/Stream_Autocomplete), and importing or injecting it into Outlook 365.

Deliverables:
• Clean list of the extracted addresses in CSV format
• Updated Outlook 365 profile with the new autocomplete entries visible and functional
• Short note of the steps taken so I can repeat the process later if needed
