Magento 2 Custom Module Creation

This is a brand-new development project for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce. I need a fully functional custom module built from the ground up that plugs cleanly into the core, respects Magento coding standards and can be installed on a production store without conflicts.

The functional brief and data structures are ready; once we agree on scope you will receive detailed user stories, database schema sketches and any third-party API docs involved. Code quality is critical: please follow PSR-12, use dependency injection over object manager calls, and keep the module upgrade-safe so future platform updates remain painless.

• Basic unit or integration tests demonstrating key functionality
• Short deployment report summarising custom tables, observers, plugins and admin configurations added
