Madagascar Local Business Consultant Needed – EDBM Registration & Tourism Permits

**Job Title: Madagascar Tourism Licensing & Business Registration Consultant – MadaTease**

I am looking for an experienced professional based in Madagascar to assist with tourism licensing and regulatory compliance for MadaTease, a U.S.-based travel coordination business.

**About MadaTease**

MadaTease (www.madatease.com) connects international travelers with local drivers and transportation providers in Madagascar. We offer customizable tours, airport transfers and day trips, earning a 15% booking coordination fee.

**Scope of Work**

- Contact EDBM and the Madagascar Ministry of Tourism.
- Determine whether License A, License B, or both are required.
- Confirm whether a U.S.-registered company can apply without forming a Madagascar company.
- Explain requirements for a local office, representative, insurance and financial guarantee.
- Provide a written breakdown of government fees and other mandatory costs.
- Prepare and submit licensing applications, where legally authorized.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities until the application is processed.

**Qualifications**

- Based in Madagascar, preferably Antananarivo.
- Demonstrated experience with tourism business licensing or company registration.
- Familiarity with EDBM and the Ministry of Tourism.
- Fluent in French and able to communicate in English.
- Able to provide references or examples of similar work.
