I want a lean, polished utility that speeds up macOS boot time by automatically detecting, disabling, and re-ordering unnecessary login items. The tool should work quietly in the background yet keep the user in control: every adjustment you make must be fully reversible from within the app.

Core behaviour
• On launch, scan LaunchAgents, LaunchDaemons, and user Login Items, flagging anything that slows startup.
• Apply an optimisation pass automatically, then confirm the gain (e.g., estimated seconds saved).
• Maintain a history log so the user can roll back any change at any time with a single click.

Key expectations
• Native macOS code (Swift or Objective-C) that meets Apple notarisation requirements.
• Clean menu-bar or lightweight window interface that follows the latest Human Interface Guidelines.
• Robust error handling for SIP-protected paths and sandbox limitations.
• Clear inline documentation and a brief PDF/Markdown user guide.

Deliverables
1. Signed, notarised .app bundle ready for distribution.
2. Xcode project with readable, well-commented source.
3. Build/run instructions plus unit tests for the core optimisation logic.

I’m looking for someone who has shipped Mac utilities before, understands system optimisation techniques, and can work independently to hit agreed milestones. If that sounds like you, let’s talk timelines and any questions you have about the feature set.
