I’m finishing up a new business-focused macOS app that is still in active development and have reached the point where Apple’s Gatekeeper requirements come into play. The project is not yet code-signed, so I’m looking for an experienced macOS developer who can take me from an unsigned build all the way through a successfully stapled, notarized release-ready package.

Here’s what I need help with:
• Selecting or creating the correct Developer ID certificates and provisioning profiles.
• Implementing proper code signing across the app and any helper tools, frameworks, or command-line components.
• Uploading the build with Xcode or xcrun notarytool, resolving any entitlement or API issues the Apple notarization service flags, and stapling the ticket back onto the final .app / .dmg.
• Providing a concise set of repeatable steps (or build-script tweaks) so I can perform the same signing and notarization process on future versions.

You’ll get full access to the current Xcode project and any assets you need. Once the notarized build runs smoothly on a clean macOS install without security warnings, I’ll consider the task complete. Feel free to suggest improvements to my build settings if that speeds things up or avoids common notarization pitfalls.

If you’ve shepherded other apps through Apple’s notarization pipeline—especially business or productivity titles—let’s work together.
