M365 Reporting Dashboard Coaching

I’m looking to work side-by-side with someone who can coach me through building custom reporting dashboards inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. My main focus is data analytics and reporting, not general document management or collaboration features.

Here’s what I need:
• Guidance on planning and designing dashboards that draw live information from Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Planner, and Outlook.
• Step-by-step help connecting those data sources to SharePoint or directly into the dashboard layer so I can refresh the visuals without manual exports.
• Best-practice advice on performance, security trimming, and user permissions so the finished dashboards scale across my tenant.

We’ll meet in interactive sessions where you walk me through each concept, watch me apply it, and then fine-tune together. By the end I want at least one fully functioning dashboard I can replicate on my own, along with clear notes or a short video recap of the process.
