Project Title

Professional Presentation Development – LV/MV/HV Circuit Breakers (Switchgears) Online Training Course

Project Overview

I am developing an online technical training course titled “LV/MV/HV Circuit Breakers (Switchgears)”, designed for electrical engineers, technicians, maintenance professionals, and other personnel involved in electrical power systems.

We are looking for an experienced freelance presentation designer / instructional designer to develop a professional, technically accurate, and visually engaging presentation based on the training content provided by Adva Therm.

The course is structured as a 3-day online training program, 5 hours per day, covering the principles, construction, operation, selection, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety aspects of LV, MV, and HV circuit breakers and switchgear systems.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Developing professional PowerPoint presentation slides based on the provided technical content.
* Transforming technical information into **clear, easy-to-understand visual content**.
* Creating custom **infographics, diagrams, technical illustrations, flowcharts, and comparison graphics**.
* Developing **interactive slides** to maintain learner engagement during online training.
* Designing practical scenarios, knowledge-check questions, quizzes, and discussion activities where appropriate.
* Creating visual comparisons between different circuit breaker technologies and applications.
* Presenting technical processes such as circuit breaker operation, protection, testing, maintenance, and fault conditions visually.
* Maintaining consistent branding, typography, layout, and visual style throughout the course.
* Ensuring that complex electrical concepts can be understood easily by engineers and technicians through effective visual communication.
* Structuring slides appropriately for **instructor-led online delivery**, rather than simply converting written text into slides.

Expected Deliverables

The completed project should include:

1. Day 1 presentation
2. Day 2 presentation
3. Day 3 presentation
4. Supporting infographics and technical diagrams
5. Interactive/engagement slides
6. Knowledge checks and practical scenarios
7. Consistent professional presentation template
8. Editable **PowerPoint (.PPTX)** source files

Design Requirements

The presentation should have a modern, professional engineering/technical appearance and avoid text-heavy slides.

The preferred approach is:

Technical information → Visual explanation → Practical example → Interaction/knowledge check

The slides should use diagrams, icons, illustrations, animations where useful, and visual comparisons to make the subject engaging for an online audience.

Ideal Freelancer

The ideal candidate should have:

* Proven experience designing **technical or engineering training presentations**.
* Strong PowerPoint design and infographic skills.
* Experience creating interactive e-learning or instructor-led training materials.
* Ability to understand and visually communicate technical information.
* Experience with electrical engineering, power systems, switchgear, or industrial training is an advantage.
* Strong attention to technical accuracy and visual consistency.

Important

I will provide the **training structure, technical content, learning objectives, and subject-matter guidance**. The freelancer's primary responsibility is to transform this material into a **high-quality, visually engaging, instructor-ready training presentation**.

Applicants are encouraged to provide examples of previous **technical training presentations, engineering infographics, or interactive e-learning projects**.
