Architect Needed – Luxury Villa Master Plan & Floor Plans (5,376 sq. yd. Plot, India)
• Who we want: Senior architects/designers with proven high-end luxury villa experience only. No villa portfolio means no consideration.
• Site: 4,495 sq. m (5,376 sq. yd.) plot, about 1,348 sq. m built-up (0.30 FSI): basement about 270, ground floor about 674, first floor about 404 sq. m.
• Spaces: Master suite, bedrooms, living/dining, kitchen, mandir, central landscaped courtyard, feature staircase, home theatre, play area, gym, swimming pool, staff and service areas.
• Design approach: Vastu-compliant planning required; green/sustainable approach preferred.
• Stage 1 scope: Site master plan, plus basement, ground floor and first floor plans with room sizes, area statement and services zoning.
• 3D: Broad schematic massing only (SketchUp or similar), no rendered views.
• Deliverables: AutoCAD (DWG) + PDF, with a short concept and Vastu note.
• Selection: 1–2 shortlisted candidates for a paid design competition; the winner gets the Stage 1 award and possible later stages.
• Budget: USD 250 to 350 for Stage 1.
• To apply: Share 3–5 villa projects you designed (plans, not just renders), with plot size, Vastu experience, software used, timeline and quote. Incomplete proposals won't be shortlisted.
