Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Architect & MEP Engineering Consultant to produce a complete schematic design and detailed drawing package for a bespoke, ultra-luxury private villa.
The project prioritizes functional luxury, operational efficiency, high privacy, and smart spatial circulation across three perimeter access gates.
Key Scope & Architectural Highlights
3-Gate Site Circulation Strategy:
Gate 1 (Owner Gate): Direct access to a dedicated 2-car shaded parking area, private arrival portico, mudroom, and ground-floor owner day-zone.
Gate 2 (Family Gate): Dedicated entrance to main garage, family mudroom, and upper floor vertical circulation.
Gate 3 (Guest & Service Gate): Formal guest arrival portico split from a dedicated service axis featuring perimeter Guard Room and a climate-controlled Delivery/Utility Holding Room with dual-access smart lock doors.
Two-Level Duplex Owner / Master Zone:
Ground Floor: Dedicated entrance foyer, mudroom, private family lounge, complete owner pantry, executive office, and private internal staircase.
First Floor: Private Master Bedroom suite, luxury walk-in dressing area, and spa-grade bathroom with steam room capability.
Ground Floor Key Spaces:

Ability to deliver complete CAD/BIM (Revit or AutoCAD) files, and technical specification sheets.
