Luxury Relaxation Spa Concept Design -- 2

I am developing a full-service spa with an emphasis on relaxation and wellness, and I want every touchpoint— from the treatment menu to the interior mood—to feel unmistakably luxurious. The core offerings will be massages, aromatherapy sessions, and a dedicated sauna/steam room area. In particular, the aromatherapy experience must project an opulent ambience: rich textures, elegant lighting, premium essential-oil diffusers, and seamless soundscapes that cocoon guests the moment they walk in.

I need a professional who can translate that vision into a practical, market-ready concept. This includes mapping out the spatial flow, crafting a distinctive service menu, specifying finishes and equipment that reinforce the high-end feel, and outlining staff protocols so each guest enjoys a consistently relaxing journey.

Deliverables
• Concept package: mood boards, colour palettes, material suggestions and reference imagery that communicate a luxurious, serene aesthetic.
• Space plan: layout drawings (2D) indicating massage rooms, aromatherapy suite, sauna/steam room and ancillary zones.
• Service & experience manual: treatment descriptions, room-by-room scent profiles, music guidelines, lighting cues and recommended product lines.
• Basic FF&E list: key furniture, fixtures, equipment and suppliers suitable for a premium spa environment.

Acceptance criteria
The concept must clearly showcase how the three core services integrate seamlessly, and the aromatherapy suite should reflect a luxury standard in both look and sensory experience. Floor plans should be to scale and ready for review with an architect or contractor. All specifications must cite realistic, procurable items.

If you have a portfolio featuring spa, wellness centre or boutique hospitality projects—and you are comfortable steering both creative and operational details—let’s discuss timelines and next steps.
