Luxury Real Estate Video Editor

I regularly shoot high-end property footage and now need a creative editor who can turn my raw clips into polished, thumb-stopping Instagram Reels that elevate my luxury real estate brand.

You’ll receive 4K footage, a short brief, and brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts). From there, please craft 30–60-second vertical videos optimised for Instagram by:

• Selecting the best takes and colour-grading for a cinematic yet true-to-life look
• Adding smooth transitions, tasteful motion graphics, captions, and royalty-free music that match a luxury aesthetic
• Delivering a ready-to-post MP4 plus the editable Premiere Pro or Final Cut project file for any quick tweaks

Acceptance criteria
– Reels meet Instagram specs (1080×1920, under 60 s)
– Colours align with my brand palette and remain consistent across clips
– On-screen text is typo-free, fully legible on mobile, and placed away from UI elements
– Final files arrive within the agreed turnaround time

If you can weave in drone shots, sound design, or alternate cuts for future YouTube uploads, that flexibility is appreciated but not required right now.
