Luxury Mini Garden Construction Drawings

I already have the main architectural plans for my house; what’s missing is a refined concept and full construction documentation for a very small ground-floor garden—just 12 ft × 7 ft (about 84 sq ft). I’m after a Mediterranean feel that still looks luxurious and timeless, with a compact waterfall feature and an inviting seating nook worked into the layout.

Because every inch counts, the drawing set must spell out exact planter sizes, wall finishes, levels and drainage so the contractor can build without guesswork. I’m happy for you to suggest plant species that thrive in our local climate rather than locking us into a single catalogue list.

Deliverables for this milestone
• Scaled plan, elevation and section drawings (PDF + DWG) showing hardscape, planting beds, the waterfall structure, and the small seating area
• Construction notes: materials, footing depths, waterproofing, irrigation lines, lighting conduits, and any pump specifications for the waterfall
• Annotated planting schedule keyed to the drawings with suggested Mediterranean-style species suited to the site’s climate and sun exposure

Once these drawings are approved, we will move to a separate milestone for photorealistic 3-D visualizations, so please organise your files and layer names with that hand-off in mind.
