Luxury Kitchen & Bath Design

I’m ready to transform both my kitchen and bathroom into truly modern, luxurious spaces and need a complete interior design package that leaves nothing to chance. The look I’m after is unapologetically upscale—think bold stone surfaces, refined metal accents, and statement lighting that ties everything together.

Scope
• Kitchen and bathroom: full concept through to final layout
• Luxury-modern style: stone, metal, striking details, clean geometry
• End-to-end design support: space planning, materials, finishes, colour palette, furniture and fixture specification

Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plans with accurate measurements and optimal layout for each room
2. 3D renders (or high-quality visualisations) that clearly show finishes, lighting, and furniture placement
3. Mood boards and material palettes highlighting stone, metal, and any complementary textures or colours
4. Furniture, fixture, and appliance schedule with product links or specifications that are available for purchase in major markets
5. Installation notes or a short guideline document so my contractor can implement the design without ambiguity

Acceptance Criteria
• Renders must reflect the agreed stone and metal finishes and convey true-to-life lighting.
• All furniture and fixtures listed must be purchasable (links/pricing included).
• Layouts must respect existing plumbing and structural walls (I will provide current plans).

If you use tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or V-Ray, please mention it so I know the file formats I’ll receive. I’m eager to move fast once I find the right fit and will happily answer any additional questions about the space.
