We are seeking an experienced and creative interior designer / architectural visualization specialist to assist with the interior design of a luxury custom-built home in Ontario, Canada.
Our home is approximately 6,500 sq. ft., featuring a luxury transitional and modern-classic design style with detailed architectural elements, decorative wall paneling, custom ceiling designs, and integrated lighting.
We already have architectural floor plans, dimensions, and design inspiration images. We are looking for someone who can translate our ideas into professional, accurate, and detailed design presentations.
Scope of Work
High-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renderings.
Detailed 2D wall elevations with accurate dimensions.
Custom wall paneling, decorative mouldings, and millwork designs.
Reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), including recessed ceilings, bulkheads, curtain coves, and lighting.
Cross-sections and construction details for framing and installation.
Material, colour, and finish recommendations.
Professional presentation sheets combining 3D renderings, 2D elevations, dimensions, and material specifications.
Project Requirements
All designs must follow our existing architectural drawings and actual dimensions.
We prefer a sophisticated, timeless luxury aesthetic.
Renderings must accurately represent the proposed construction details.
Final drawings should be practical for contractors and trades to execute.
Deliverables should include editable CAD files, high-resolution renderings, and PDF presentation sheets.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in high-end residential interior design, architectural detailing, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software.
Please share examples of previous luxury residential projects, particularly those involving detailed wall elevations, decorative ceilings, and custom millwork.
We would like to begin with one room or wall elevation as an initial project, with the possibility of continuing throughout the entire home if the quality and communication meet our expectations.
Please provide your portfolio, estimated turnaround time, and pricing structure.
