I’m ready to transform my entire house into a luxury-meets-elegance showcase and I want an experienced interior designer to drive the creative direction from start to finish. The brief covers every room, so you’ll be shaping a cohesive look rather than isolated spaces.
The design include: A guest living room, a family living room, a dining area with a dining table, four bedrooms, and an upstairs living room, excluding bathrooms and the kitchen.
The design includes the feature wall in the guest living room, the TV walls in both living rooms, and the wall behind the bed in the master bedroom, all with one consistent design theme.
The remaining areas only require furniture selection and layout, without any additional interior design work.
Style vision
My taste leans strongly toward a Luxury and elegant aesthetic—think refined lines, premium textures, and a timeless palette that feels sophisticated without tipping into excess.
Scope of help required
I specifically need support with:
• Furniture and overall room layout that maximises flow, function, and visual harmony
• Colour, material, and finish selections that reinforce the luxury theme, from wall treatments and flooring to cabinetry details
Lighting, curtains, and accessory decisions can be suggested in passing, but my main focus (and your deliverable) is the furniture plan plus the detailed colour-and-materials scheme.
Preferred process
1. Concept mood boards to confirm the design direction
2. Scaled floor plans and layout options (AutoCAD or SketchUp files welcome)
3. 3D renders or styled elevations that communicate materiality and atmosphere
4. A concise specification sheet listing chosen paints, fabrics, flooring, and furniture pieces (sources or similar references)
Acceptance criteria
• All rooms presented in a unified luxury style
• Layout drawings accurate to provided dimensions
• Material and colour palettes fully annotated and ready for supplier quotations
• Revisions included until the core concept is locked
If you have a portfolio filled with polished, elegant residential projects and you’re comfortable delivering high-detail drawings and renders, I’d love to collaborate.
